Align FSC professionals work with our clients to assemble a Project Team of executives, subject-matter experts and cross-functional managers whose input is vital to the project in assessing the current environment, formulating strategy and implementing the plan.


Our Three-Phased Approach

Once the Project Team is in place, we follow a three-phased approach:




  • Current Assessment -- In the first phase, we work with the client project team to complete a thorough assessment of the current market environment – as well as an in-depth review of the organization’s ability to deliver successfully in that market. Together we create a "gap analysis," identifying core strengths and weaknesses relative to the goals established at the beginning of the project.
This phase serves as the foundation of the project, and it is comprised of several key tasks -- depending on the client's needs.  The objective of this phase is to gain a deep understanding of the market dynamics, organizational strengths and weaknesses and articulate management's business vision.
  • Strategic Business Plan -- During Phase II, the planning phase, we work collaboratively with the Project Team to identify and evaluate alternative strategies to reach the organization's goals. Each alternative is supported with key success factors, including required investments, optimum organizational changes and appropriate enhancements to management practices.
The evaluation of alternative strategies results in a recommended three-year action plan or "roadmap."he strategic implications that are drawn from the Current Assessment establish the direction of the organization in the near-term (1 year) and longer-term (2 to 3 years).
  • Execution Support -- With the Plan in place, our professionals provide assistance where additional support, manpower or expertise are required. Don't worry.  We don't go away when the planning ends.  Align FSC professionals assist our clients in executing the Plan -- applying the knowledge and skills they have acquired through hands-on experience.
